Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting the Bot to a Discord server or utilizing its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must remove the Bot from your server and cease interacting with it.

2. Usage Guidelines and Restrictions

Users must comply with Discord's global Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Bot. Furthermore, users agree not to:

• Use the Bot to generate, store, or distribute illegal, hateful, harassing, or Explicit/NSFW content (including inappropriate character names or avatar images).
• Intentionally exploit bugs, spam commands, or attempt to disrupt the Bot's hosting infrastructure.
• Use the Bot (including custom characters and the /cshout command) to impersonate real individuals, bypass server auto-moderation filters, or deceive others. Users remain strictly responsible for all content sent through these features.
• Abuse, spam, or misuse of the Support Lodge ticket system, or harassing the staff team handling those tickets.
• Webhook & Character Abuse: Users are strictly responsible for any text or content sent through the /cshout command. Using custom characters to impersonate real individuals, bypass server auto-moderation filters, or deceive others is strictly prohibited.

3. Moderation and Right to Terminate

The developer reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate a user's or a server's access to the Bot at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms. The developer also reserves the right to forcefully remove any user-generated content (such as saved characters) that is deemed inappropriate or violates these rules.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content included as part of the Bot and Website, such as text, graphics, logos, code, and the functional design, is the property of Snow Bot Development (SdwNitrix-DEV) and is protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property.

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Bot strictly in accordance with these terms. You agree not to modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Bot's code or branding without express written permission from the developer.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for high uptime and reliability, the developer makes no guarantees regarding the Bot's continuous availability, response times, or data persistence. We are not responsible for any loss of data (including saved characters or server settings) or interruptions in service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of the Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Bot. The Bot's moderation tools are provided to assist server staff, but the developer is not responsible for the actions taken by server moderators using these tools.

7. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
